Overall - I would prefer to see this new section added to the existing csv import docbook file rather than as a new file, but to be sure it does not get forgotten, I think it is OK to add it like this, and I can rearrange when I do the full review if import/export for 5.0.

Just for info: I added an additional file because of an inconsistence between the name of the docbook file details-impexp-csv.docbook, which indicates containing doc for csv import and export and the first section in this document
<sect1 id="details.impexp.csv"> <sect1info> <author> ... </author> </sect1info> <title>CSV Importer Plugin</title>
which is named details.impexp.csv but covers only import.
