Maybe also add a link to the footer.html to the KDE Impressum: https://www.kde.org/community/whatiskde/impressum.php

That should cover us for gdpr stuff.

I updated the footer with Impressum. I also removed the "read the docs" reference on the footer as this theme is modified a bit too much to say it uses that one.

Do replace theme with 'modified theme' so that the sentence is coherent. Now it just seems like some random theme from somewhere.
