So that the open dialog starting in the iseds home not the runpath of the
program .

Support for "All Files" is an option on just about every open dialolg. Incase the user names the file incorrectly, Incase a program outputs that format with a different extention. Maybe more 'good' reasons for it to be there as well. IMHO the get boxes should just append it to filter list by default.
