This has to be tested with update of capacity I did [1].
I wasn't able to check the private pages because I didn't find how to create myself a login/password. So checking this as well would be needed.

It should be the source code of l10n, so trunk/www/areas/l10n. Now, phabricator supports svn, maybe we need to create a "repository" which points to the SVN, but then I'm not sure if it should be a unique phabricator repository for all SVN or if we can have subsections. Time to read the documentation...
