A couple of things or 3:
The most popular is the first one, the KDE logo. Don't you want any copies of that?
- It may help give some focus to the event and the activities you carry out if you define some goals, something that will answer the question: "What do we expect to achieve by attending this event?" . If it something very specific and quantifiable, like "increase the number of contributors to the XYZ project by 50", so much the better.
The goal is to talk with users and potential users, show them the next new cool stuff. I hope we can convince a few people to contribute but it's hard to quantify the number of them. It's good to be at this sort of conference to support local Linux communities.
- Will there be a table? If so, do you need things like a tablecloth, a banner, etc.?
Yes, there will be a table. Kai and Alex already took care of sending the kde tablecloth and roll up arrived yesterday at Kai place.
Yes, we can have 200 of each instead. I can take care of bringing any leftover to the Berlin office on my way back

So general community building. Considering this will not be an expensive activity, sounds good.

Or bring them to Akademy and we can give them out there.
We still need to order the stickers. Feel free to order them to my address (can be found at the top of https://carlschwan.eu/impressum/ )
Would you mind compiling a list of bullet points that would serve as a post-mortem for this event?
The kind of things we are interested in learning about are:
If you are thinking of writing blog posts about your experience, links to those would help too; and if you have photos from the event you have not shared, it would be good to have access to those too for promoting the event next year, for the annual report, or other promotional materials.
Here is a link where you can upload any images you may have hanging around: https://collaborate.kde.org/s/5cD8Kt8zZeRaYzr
