• New group layer -> group 1,group 2,.....
• New clone layer -> clone of layer 1 (for clones potentially duplicate names could be possible if you keep cloning the same layer. Keeping track of number of clones is potentially impractical
• New vector layer -> vector 1 , vector 2, ....
• New Filter layer -> filter 1 (levels), filter 2 (blur)

OR -> Levels 1 (filter) ,Levels 2 (filter) ,Blur 1 (filter),etc...

• New fill layer -> Fill color 1, Fill color 2 , Fill pattern 1 ,Fill pattern 2

OR ->Fill 1 color, Fill 2 Color, Fill 3 pattern (fractal), Fill 4 pattern (granite)
-New file Layer ->file name 1,file name 2....

The rest are not an issue. At most perhaps we could invert the naming convention of the filter mask

Filter mask 1 (levels), Filter mask 2 (blur) ----> Levels 1 (Filter Mask) ,Blur 1 (Filter mask)

This to put the kind of filter mask in first place,as that usually is the most important info.
