Currently the information if a framework is deprecated or poring aid is written in the metainfo.yaml file. This is however not discoverable for consumers of the existing APIs.

My suggestion would be to emit compiler warnings for central classes/methods in those frameworks, KDELibs4Support already does.

Considering that one should not use these libs at all I would argue that using the visibility wrappers would not bring any benefits.
