We need to upgrade the SEPA plugin on CiviCRM. As part of this ticket, we should find a way to make sure that we are notified automatically when upgrades like this need to be applied.

I have now upgrade relate-dev.kde.org.
This upgrade was a little more involved as the SiviSepa plugin has now been decoupled into a number of smaller modules.
@lydia is there anything we can do on our staging environment to test this before upgrading live?

I logged in and tried to do what I do on the live site and I get an error.
Steps:
- go to https://relate-dev.kde.org/civicrm/sepa
- click "update recurring" button
- see update process happening as expected
- get back to overview page as expected
- get the following error:

I think that's cause dby the stale nature of the relate-dev database, I'll update it and let you know.
