Description

The "Create New Account" page on relate.kde.org redirects users to the home page. It should instead present users with a signup form.

It looks like the dns based blocklist service that we were using on relate.k.o has stopped working as expected. I've disabled this service for now. If we start getting lots of spam again, I'll work with sysadmin to put the cloudflare web application firewall in front of relate.k.o.
