In KDE4 kicker just had one leave button, therefore the "startup and shutdown" KCM had an option to choose the default action "logout, reboot, halt".

In Plasma 5 this design went away now kicker and kickoff have both.

This leaves the option mostly unused except for two places:

• the desktop context menu
• powerdevil

IMHO the config option hidden away is quite detached and not contextually apparent.

The powerdevil case IMHO is already daft: We have the option to when the physical power button is pressed:

• shutdown without a prompt
• invoke the default leave option with a prompt

Surely that should be the default leave option both times, or shutdown both times.
